Learning life skills and how to deal with different issues and events plays an important role in the progress and success of human beings. These abilities, called emotional intelligence skills, can play an important and great role in improving social communication and quality of life. Today, mass media, including television, are a good educational tool for raising children's awareness that, in addition to training, children can be influenced by their implicit information and concepts. Emotional intelligence means one's self-awareness of emotions and the ability to control these emotions and feelings in oneself and others. In general, a person with high emotional intelligence, while having a proper knowledge of his emotions and feelings, can take the handle of these emotions and take appropriate actions subsequently.
In this paper, the impact of Duraya's search engine animation for indirect learning and the display of emotional intelligence skills is studied. For this purpose, eight parts of this animation series, based on the observational learning theory of Albert Bandura, based on the Bar-on`s components of the emotional intelligence model, are analyzed.
The results of this article suggest that this animation series includes various representations of emotional intelligence components that can be effective in improving these skills in pre-school children. Considering the proliferation of this collection and the many audiences around the globe, it seems that studying these animations in the context of emotional intelligence can provide useful information for building successful collections in our own country
