چکیده

تغییرات فراوان و افزایش رقابت در سالهای اخیر در سازمانهای رسانه‌ای و بویژه در خبر و اطلاع‌رسانی این نوع از سازمانها، کار را برای پیشبرد اهداف و سیاستهای بخش خبر رسانه ملی دشوار ساخته و اتخاذ سیاستهای جدید از جمله جذب استعدادها را که میتواند سرآغازی برای حرکت درست و شایسته در این زمینه باشد، ضروری ساخته است؛ شناخت ویژگی استعدادهای مورد نیاز جهت کار در این بخش از رسانه ملی ضروری و مطلعی برای این رویکرد جدید است و این پژوهش در پی آن است تا ویژگی استعدادها در بخش خبر رسانه ملی را تببین نماید. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با مدیران و سردبیران خبر رسانه ملی و افراد صاحبنظر مرتبط صورت پذیرفته است. بهره‌مندی از ویژگی‌های ذاتی مورد نظر، ویژگی‌های مرتبط با یادگیری و آموزش‌های متناسب و ویژگی‌های حاصل از طریق کسب تجربه سه مضمون فراگیر حاصل از این پژوهش است. از جمله ویژگیهای ذاتی میتوان به قدرت تصمیمگیری بالا، مرد بودن و برخورداری از ضریب هوشی، دغدغه‌مند بودن و دارای روحیه تحولگرایی و نیز علاقه‌مندی به کار خبر اشاره کرد؛ سوژه‌یابی و نوشتن خلاقانه، اثرگذاری و اقناع مخاطب و بهره‌مندی از ابزار علمی مورد نیاز در کار خبر به کمک آموزش و یادگیری محقق میشود؛ و در نهایت شناخت سیاستها و سیاستگذاریها، توانمندی در تحلیل و شناخت لایه‌های زیرین خبر و نیز کسب توانمندی به منظور کار حرفه‌ای از نیازمندیهای مورد نظر در مسیر کسب تجربه در راستای شناخت استعدادها در خبر رسانه است.

Numerous changes and increased competition in recent years in media organizations, especially in news and information of this type of organizations, have made it difficult to advance the goals and policies of the national media news sector and adopt new policies, including attracting outstanding people and talent that can It is necessary to be the beginning of a correct and worthy move in this field; Recognizing the characteristics of the talents required to work in this section of the national media is essential and informative for this new approach, and this study seeks to explain the characteristics of the talents in the news section of the national media. This research has been done by using the method of content analysis and data collection through interviews with managers and editors of national media news and related experts. Benefiting from the required inherent characteristics, providing the appropriate educational background and learning, and providing the necessary conditions for gaining experience, are the comprehensive themes of this research, based on which high decision-making power, being a man and having an IQ are aconcern. Being passionate and transformational and also interested in working on news based on inherent characteristics and creative subjecting and writing, influencing and persuading the audience and benefiting from the scientific tools needed in news work with the help of teaching and learning and finally recognizing policies, ability to analyze and recognize the underlying layers of news and gain ability to Professional work in different parts of the experience can create talent.
