Nowadays, media are surrounded by rapid changes in technology and content. In such intense competitive situation, IRIB as a public university, needs to keep pace with these changes, Since training is the most important means for adapting to changes and these changes are applied by human resources, as the most important capital of organization. Training center is responsible to train human resources of IRIB, as one of the vital purposes of this organization. It is applied the qualitative method for this research. At first, the reference documents were studied, then through a semi-structural interview, 14 experts were selected purposefully from the population. The strategic purposes were identified and prioritized by strategic committee then the internal and external factors were clarified by interviews and reference documents in the next phase, the importance of each factor were determined. Therefore the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and also the seriousness and relativity of each of them turned out. Overall, the second region means the conservative region was determined for training center as strategic situation. So 7 strategy was defined and finally QSPM matrix was drawn up by attractiveness point of strategies and then the priorities of strategies were determined.
