The subject of this article is based on designing optimal strategies for management of subcultures in Qazvin TV channel. The importance of this title refers to different ethnicities and diverse cultures in Qazvin province. The main issue of this research consists of strategic programming for management of subcultures through Gazvin TV channel. The study was descriptive and pragmatic and its methodology was qualitative by deep interviews. The 26 interviewees were chosen among professors of universities, the qualified managers of IRIB and other experts of this province.
The theoretical basis of this research is formulated by consolidated school and the theory of main strategies and the analysis based on Harvard model by the use of SWOT matrix. Aside of finding analysis, the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) with great influence on Qazvin TV channel were recognized too, and by comparison was done in the matrix, the optimal strategies were completely designed. It results in optimal strategies in both management and programming fields that finally reached to executive offers in strategic management of subcultures in local channels.
