Introduction: Developments in various media fields, especially the rapid development of artificial intelligence, have placed television broadcasting management in a challenging situation.
Objective: To present an optimal management model for television broadcasting, relying on artificial intelligence and recognizing its dimensions and indicators.
Research Method: The research was conducted in two stages using the Delphi method and using the opinions of 20 experts (with purposeful selection), and qualitative data was obtained from the experts' opinions (until theoretical saturation was reached). Initially, the optimal management method and components of television broadcasting were extracted and the initial model was proposed, and then a questionnaire was used to verify the quantitative data of the results and verify the final model.
Research findings: Artificial intelligence and machine learning prepare the data using monitoring algorithms, reinforcement learning, and a group refinement recommender system. The intelligent system identifies and adjusts the selection of programs and the suitability of adjacent programs; in addition, the arrangement of programs, the method of consecutive placement of programs, and the strategies of program sequence and sequence in broadcasting are automatically planned. Intelligent evaluation is carried out with the manager's experiences and explicit and implicit feedback from the audience to intelligently improve broadcasting.
Conclusion: The optimal management model of television broadcasting includes: intelligent adjustment of program data, resource planning, application of the production and archival program matching system, intelligent planning, forecasting, optimal allocation of resources, intelligent decision-making, and intelligent evaluation.
