تبیین ویژگی استعدادهای شاغل در بخش خبر سازمان صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
در سال‌‌های اخیر، تغییرات فراوان و افزایش رقابت در سازمان‌‌های رسانه‌‌ای- بویژه در بخش خبر و اطلاع‌‌رسانی- کار را برای پیشبرد اهداف و سیاست‌‌های بخش خبر رسانه‌ها، از جمله صدا وسمیا، دشوار کرده است. در این راستا، اتخاذ سیاست‌‌های جدید از جمله جذب استعدادها می‌‌تواند سرآغازی برای حرکت سنجیده و موثر در این زمینه باشد. با توجه به اینکه شناخت ویژگی‌ها و استعدادهای موردنیاز برای کار در بخش خبر سازمان صداو سیما، ضروری است، این پژوهش درصدد است استعدادهای مورد نیاز را برای فعالیت در بخش خبر صدا و سیما تبیین کند. پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و جمع‌‌آوری داده‌‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با مدیران و سردبیران خبرصدا و سیما و دیگر افراد صاحب‌نظر صورت پذیرفته است. بهره‌‌مندی از ویژگی‌های ذاتی موردنظر، ویژگی‌های مرتبط با یادگیری، آموزش‌های متناسب و ویژگی‌های حاصل از تجربه، سه مضمون فراگیر ازنتایج انجام این پژوهش است.

چکیده English

In recent years, numerous changes and increased competition in media organizations, especially in the news and information section, have made it difficult to advance the goals and policies of the news sector of media organizations, including IRIB. In line with that, adopting new policies, including attracting talents, can be the beginning of a correct and worthy move in this field. Due to the fact that recognizing the required properties and talents to work in the news department of the IRIB is essential, this study seeks to explain the properties of the required talents to work in the news section of the IRIB. This research has been done by using the method of content analysis and data collection through interviews with managers and editors of the IRIB’s news department and other experts. Benefiting from the target inherent characteristics, properties related to learning, providing appropriate and properties resulted from the experience are the three comprehensive themes resulted from this research.
