چکیده
سرعت تحولات و رشد روزافزون پلتفرم‌های جدید و ابزارهای دیجیتال، وضعیت صنعت خبر را پیچیده کرده و درنتیجۀ، رقابت میان مؤسسات خبری نیز تشدید شده است. درواقع، امروزه شاهد جنگ رسانه‌ای هستیم و در این میان، خبرگزاری صداوسیما با رسانه‌های معاند و وابسته به غرب در رقابتی جدی قرار دارد. هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر آیندۀ خبرگزاری صداوسیما در افق 5 ساله است تا چهارچوبی را برای تفکر درمورد آینده داشته باشد و به کمک آن، بتواند تصمیمات مناسبی اتخاذ کند. در این پژوهش، در مرحلۀ نخست، عوامل مؤثر بر آیندۀ خبرگزاری صداوسیما در افق 5 ساله شناسایی و سپس پالایش شدند و نهایتاً، 21 عامل کلیدی یا تعیین کننده به تأیید خبرگان این حوزه رسید که شامل مدیران، سردبیران و دبیران پیشکسوت خبر معاونت سیاسی و خبرگزاری صداوسیما بودند. این افراد با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و براساس قاعدۀ اشباع نظری به19 مصاحبه اکتفا شد. خبرگان همچنین در کارگاه‌هایی برحسب میزان اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری، به عوامل نهایی شده نمره دادند که این نمرات در ماتریس اثرات متقابل در نرم‌افزار میک‌مک ثبت و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت حرفه‌ای خبرگزاری یکی از عواملی است که تأثیرگذاری بالا و تأثیرپذیری کمی دارد و می‌تواند بر عوامل وابسته که تأثیرپذیری بالاتری دارند، اثر بگذارد. از جمله مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر آیندۀ خبرگزاری صداوسیما، اعتماد سیاسی و حضور مؤثر در فضای مجازی است که در زمره عوامل دو وجهی به شمار می‌روند و تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری زیادی دارند.

Abstract

The rate of change and the growthof new platforms and digital tools have complicated the news industry,intensifying competition between news organizations.Today,we are witnessing a media war, and the IRIB News Agency is in serious competition with the hostile and Western-affiliated media. Therefore,the purpose of the present study was to analyze the factors affecting the future of the IRIB News Agency in the5year Horizon to have a framework for thinking about the future and with it,take precautionary measures.

In this study,in the first stage, the factors affecting the future of the IRIB News Agency over a 5year horizon were identified and then refined. Finally,21factors were finalized and approved by experts, including managers, editors,and veteran news editors of News of the Political Deputy and the IRIB News Agency,selected by purposivesampling method and based on the theoretical saturation rule,19interviews were sufficient.Experts also rated the factors in workshops in terms of effectiveness and susceptibility,and these scores were recorded and analyzed in the interaction matrix in MICMAC software.

The results showed that the professional management of the IRIBNews Agency is one of the factors that have high effectiveness and low susceptibility and can affect the dependent factors that have a higher susceptibility.

Among the most critical factors affecting the future of the IRIB News Agency are political trust and influentialpresence in cyberspace,which are among the biform factors that have high effectiveness and high susceptibility.
