چکیده

محدودیت زبان و ساختار تلویزیون، باعث می‌شود که مفاهیم مجرد و قدسی نتوانند به صورت تمام و کمال در قالب روش‌ها و تکنیک‌های بصری در تلویزیون به نمایش درآیند؛ به همین دلیل، شناخت دقیق و کامل امکانات و ابزار تلویزیون از سویی، و نیز شناخت جایگاه و موقعیت شخصیت‌های قدسی و معصوم از سوی دیگر، جزء مهمترین و البته ابتدایی‌ترین کارها در بحث حضور دین در تلویزیون می‌باشد.
این مقاله سعی دارد با روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، ضمن واکاوی سطوح برخورد دین با تلویزیون، به دنبال کشف راه‌کارهایی باشد که با وجود قابل ارائه بودن با زبان تلویزیون، کمترین خدشه را به ساحت شخصیت‌های قدسی و معصوم که از مهمترین بخش‌های هر دین الهی هستند، وارد سازد. جهتِ دینی پیداکردن تلویزیون و نه الزاما ً دینی شدن آن، بازتفسیر حقایق دینی و ارائۀ آداپتاسیون‌های امروزی، بخشی از راه‌کارهایی است که می‌توان به کمک آن، از امکانات و محدودیت‌های زبان تلویزیون به نحو شایسته‌ای برای نمایش شخصیت‌های قدسی و معصوم استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Being constrained in terms of language and structure, television could not depict abstract and sacred concepts in their entirety and in due manner through its visual techniques and capacities. Thus, adequate knowledge of television’s capacities and being aware of the status and position of sacred figures are two of the most important necessary prerequisites for the presence of religion on TV.
Employing a documentary methodology, the present article attempts to explore the areas in which television goes against religion, and proposes practical solutions for television to expose sacred figures, i.e. key elements of any religion, with least harm to their personalities. Giving a religious direction to television and not necessarily turning it into a religious entity, reinterpretation of religious facts, and finally adaptations to current changes are some of the propositions which could be utilized in exposing sacred figures on TV, given its limitations in terms of capacities and techniques.
