چکیده

هدف از این مقاله بررسی نقش قابلیت ­های فناوری در پیاده ­سازی موفق نوآوری باز در حوزه IPTV سازمان صداوسیما است. به دلیل جدید بودن تحقیقات در این حوزه به­ خصوص در ایران، این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش­ های توسعه‌ای است. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، ترکیبی از کیفی و کمی است. در بخش کیفی 18 نفر از خبرگان حوزه IPTV در صداوسیما شامل معاون، مشاورین عالی و اجرایی و مدیران کل برای انجام فرایند مصاحبه، انتخاب و نتایج مصاحبه براساس تکنیک تحلیل تم بررسی شد. در فاز دوم تحقیق با رویکرد کمی، برازش مدل استخراج شده در مرحله نخست، با تکیه بر روش پیمایشی توسط خبرگان رسانه­ ای حوزه IPTV انجام شد. نمونه آماری فاز دوم شامل 53 نفر از مشاوران، مدیران کل، مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد متخصص در حوزه IPTV در معاونت فضای مجازی سازمان صداوسیما، سازمان تنظیم مقررات صوت و تصویر فراگیر در فضای مجازی و معاونت توسعه و فناوری رسانه بود. در این مرحله به‌منظور بررسی و ارائه مدل نهایی از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار Smart PLS.2 استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی، حاکی از مدلی با 5 متغیر پنهان و 23 متغیر مشاهده شده است که قابلیت­ های فناوری بر پیاده‌ سازی موفق نوآوری باز در حوزه IPTV سازمان صداوسیما را تبیین نموده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to present a model for impact of Technology capabilities on Successful implementation open innovation in the media industry in IPTV. This research is a fundamental research which is due to the novelty of research on innovation in the media, especially in Iran, in this research, semi-structured interviews with emphasis on exploratory approach were used. The method used in this research is a combination of exploratory hybrid techniques. In the qualitative section, 18 IPTV experts in IRIB include deputy, senior and executive advisers, directors and managers were chosen. The interview results were analyzed based on the theme analysis technique. In the second phase of the study, with the quantitative approach of the model, extracted in the first phase of the research, based on a survey research strategy conducted by media experts in the field of IPTV was carried out. The relevant statistical sample is 53 executives and senior experts in the field of IPTV in the IRIB. In order to investigate and present the final model at this stage, structural equation approach with Smart PLS.2 software was used. Based on the results of the theme analysis, 9 concepts in Technology capabilities and 14 Concepts of successful implementation of open innovation explained which, with optimal fitting indicators, has positively and significantly influenced the Technology capabilities on the successful implementation of open innovation in the IPTV field in IRIB
